Archival Library Hours in the Pre-Emption House:

Hours are every Thursday 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. and by appointment. The library contains several hundred volumes pertaining to the history of Naperville, DuPage County, and the state of Illinois as well as select topics of national interest. Resources include collections of maps, published histories, family and genealogical studies, letters, photographs, newspapers and magazines, cemetery, church, and census records, as well as city and government records. In addition to the physical archives, our research staff can assist with Internet searches.
