"I am very humbled and super proud to nominate my dear friend Jacque Clermont and share HERstory. Jacque is a life-long resident of Naperville who has raised four children with her husband Doug. In her varied professional capacities, she has worked in leadership roles as a community relations executive with the Naperville Park District, a manager with local non-profit, 360 Youth Services, and most recently as the community relations director with Naperville Community Unit School District 203.

Jacque is a community leader with many civic and nonprofit organizations that include the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce's Women in Business and her active participation as the membership chair with the Rotary Club of Naperville. To list all her involvements would take too much time!

Jacque is a fierce friend, a tireless advocate for those less fortunate, and a consummate good will ambassador for countless local causes that support our schools, our businesses and our communities. Jacque will laugh with you, cry with you, cheer you on if you need motivation, and be there with you through troubled times.

I have tried for many years to keep up with her and I realize that is a fool's errand. Nowadays I simply sit back with warm admiration for my friend who does so much for so many and she always does it with a smile.

I hope more people get to know HERstory for it's a good one! Simply put, our world is a better place because Jacque Clermont is in it!"
